I guess there won't be a basement underneath? Then you’re missing a storage room. With 8 sqm for the utility room and 5 sqm for the storage closet, we are already tight in our bungalow.

Then I have to say, one shower is enough. We managed perfectly fine with that before as well.
A window in the dressing room is rather counterproductive if I want to fill it up with wardrobes. Personally, I would have preferred to put the dressing room in the back corner so you don’t immediately look straight in when entering.

Living area: Keep in mind that a fireplace (stove) can get pretty hot when it’s blazing. The person sitting closest to the seating area might break out in a slight sweat ;-) Maybe the fireplace would be better placed on the partition wall rather than in the middle of the room. But that’s also a design question.
When watching TV, the nice glazed windows might annoy you because they reflect. I would have planned the dining area there and put the couch on the right.

Kitchen: Think about a window with a transom. That way you can still place things in front of it or have the sink there and still be able to open the window.

Hello,
:
I didn't want to make the post unnecessarily long, so I only wrote the most important things in my first post.
In the drawings, north is at the top. I don't currently have a site plan, but the 45° gable faces the field. I have listed all other conditions above.
The bathroom can certainly be a bit smaller, but I don't consider 17 sqm to be a ballroom.
Why is the bedroom a walk-through room? Because of the walk-in closet?

I find zoning in a bungalow always a bit difficult; unfortunately, I don't know where else to put the kids.

The couch is too big; there is 3m space for a couch and you can find the dimensions in my first post with the floor plan; the second one was more meant to show a possible furnishing.

The fireplace is supposed to be a built-in stove and the technology will go into the utility room.
What I forgot to mention is that the living/dining/kitchen area has an open ceiling.

Thanks for your suggestions.
We also considered storage space, but decided that the attic and outbuildings have to be sufficient.

The dressing room would certainly look better the other way around, but now you look out of the window on the north side onto the field from the bed, and if it is the other way around, onto the street.
I will try to put together a site plan.

The idea of mirroring has crossed my mind too... maybe swapping things isn’t such a bad idea after all.

Oops, now I see the dimensions. Sorry!
This is due to the stupid PDF - very cumbersome for many in the forum to use.
But my points of criticism remain, now adding the missing site plan as well as the missing data.
I'll say: if a technical or utility room or enough storage space is improvised, then the mistakes don’t have to repeat themselves.
Otherwise, I gladly give the tip to look into other floor plan discussions to get more of a feel or to deal with the second shower or dressing room and the corresponding arguments.
And of course, much is difficult for a layperson – for someone with experience or the appropriate studies, very easy.

Regards

: Sorry, I thought .pdf is quite common and the best format for something like this. Could you maybe explain the part about the utility room/storage space and making mistakes again? Second shower is out because our experience is simply different, but luckily everyone can decide that for themselves. A dressing room with a window is definitely worth considering.
