So I played around a bit with the floor plan again:

1. Exterior wall on the east moved slightly outward to create more space in the kitchen and bedroom:

2. Now with a south terrace (unfortunately this makes the floor plan very long (18.3m x 11.2) and the hallway relatively large):

Best regards

To 1: Long narrow corridor, dressing room too narrow, wardrobe is not clear to me - tight and narrow... everything tight and narrow - the guest room with its 8.5 m² looks smaller than the utility room, the covered east terrace also wouldn’t be my choice.
To 2: The corridor should get skylights - otherwise it will be depressing, the dressing room looks even worse, what is supposed to happen with the storage room in the kitchen? I don’t understand the wardrobe again.

Regarding 1: I would like to point out that the bungalow has 130 m² and not 200 m², so not all rooms are huge. The floor plan is compact, yes, but relatively efficiently used. We don’t want a huge corridor, but rather livable rooms.
Why is the dressing room too narrow? At least 90-100 cm passage beside the wardrobe/shelves should be enough for an average-built person.
What don’t you understand about the cloakroom? It’s simply meant to have several hooks for jackets, without being directly open and visible.
The guest room is a bit larger than the utility room (see dimensions in the older post) and is only intended for occasional overnight guests, so I don’t need to plan over 10 m² for it. Since all rooms are on one level, a bungalow with so many rooms naturally needs some corridor, unless you make several walkthrough rooms or a huge entrance hall from which all rooms lead off, but that would waste a lot of space. Of course, if you have a solution for a large bungalow with a short corridor combined with 4 rooms, I would be very happy.
Regarding 2: I’m happy to say it a third time: We definitely do not want skylights, even if this is suggested repeatedly.
The dressing room is the same size as in picture 1, just mirrored. The storage room in the kitchen is intended for a shelf with canned goods, so a kind of pantry. Cloakroom is the same as above.
Best regards
Sophie and Christoph

What do narrow, non-walkable, and unusable ducts have to do with efficient use? Dark corridors are of course great.. 90 cm passage width in the dressing room... walk in forwards, walk out backwards.. but hopefully it was the right dress - no more looking around there. The wardrobe is a hole in the wall... let three people put on their jackets there... good luck. Without skylights, you have a dark corridor space. Fitting a bedroom, office, and study into 130 sqm is not that difficult...

But it's not so simple ... if you want the spaces from Sophie and Christoph that are at least understandable to me. I am already pushing in version 3 and currently cannot offer them anything I am more convinced of than their own plan shuffling.

I really think a specialist needs to take another look.

So, if the guest room is rarely used, I would completely do without this room. I would then put a guest bed in the study and enlarge it through the adjacent storage room. The guest room could then be converted into a larger storage room. - applies to variant 1

In variant 2, there is too much unused space in the hallway and every guest has to pass by the private area first. The WC is unnecessary. Every guest goes to your private bathroom because it is closer to the living room.

So with 130m2, much more can be achieved.
