Regarding 1: Long, narrow corridor, dressing room too narrow, cloakroom doesn’t make sense to me – cramped and narrow... everything cramped and narrow – guest room looks smaller with its 8.5 m² than the utility room, the covered east terrace wouldn’t be my choice either.
Regarding 2: The corridor should get skylights – otherwise it will be depressing, dressing room looks even worse, what’s supposed to happen with the storage room in the kitchen? I still don’t understand the cloakroom.
Regarding 1: I would like to point out that the bungalow has 130 m² and not 200 m², so not all rooms are huge. The floor plan is compact, yes, but relatively efficiently used. We don’t want a huge corridor, but rather livable rooms.
Why is the dressing room too narrow? At least 90-100 cm passage beside the wardrobe/shelves should be enough for an average-built person.
What don’t you understand about the cloakroom? It’s simply meant to have several hooks for jackets, without being directly open and visible.
The guest room is a bit larger than the utility room (see dimensions in the older post) and is only intended for occasional overnight guests, so I don’t need to plan over 10 m² for it. Since all rooms are on one level, a bungalow with so many rooms naturally needs some corridor, unless you make several walkthrough rooms or a huge entrance hall from which all rooms lead off, but that would waste a lot of space. Of course, if you have a solution for a large bungalow with a short corridor combined with 4 rooms, I would be very happy.
Regarding 2: I’m happy to say it a third time: We definitely do not want skylights, even if this is suggested repeatedly.
The dressing room is the same size as in picture 1, just mirrored. The storage room in the kitchen is intended for a shelf with canned goods, so a kind of pantry. Cloakroom is the same as above.
