Then take a look at it on the floor plan. With the entrance situation. That is really not a clear layout - it ruins the whole beautiful living space with the great window seat.

Mmh... I also don't think the layout is very successful. It looks cobbled together to me. No idea how much change is still possible, but I would try to go more in the direction of a two-liner.

One line along the bottom wall. Up to the seating window and one large row/island block from where the SBS is planned towards the left side of the plan. Approximately in line lengthwise with the drawn dining table.

The question is what all the wall fiddling is about and what is statically possible there. If in doubt, work with supports and beams? You can also leave them visible....

… above all: the kitchen is, as planned, divided into two parts. You constantly have to go to the upper cabinets when you need something at eye level. That's always 6-7 steps you take to get supplies or a bowl. Dishes, a glass… the tall cabinets do not offer any intermediate shelf space at all. Chicken in the oven, quickly take it out and put the tray down, that's not possible anywhere. And so on.
Where is the coffee machine and so on supposed to be? There is too little counter space, i.e. worktop available!

It is a renovation ... but swapping a few wall panels for supports doesn't necessarily help either. I understand the desire to open up the kitchen, but forcing it won't work either.

Just as a suggestion: We had to leave a wall panel standing that basically supports the entire ground floor ceiling. Placing the fridge against it would have looked pretty bad, which is why we decided to build a peninsula there, starting with a half-high cabinet in which the dishwasher is installed. Maybe something like that could be an idea for you as well if this wall panel is going to remain on its own.

The wall panel can now only be removed with great effort. We need to reconsider, the topic of the kitchen (as well as the entire renovation) is much more intensive than we thought. All the great ideas are causing us quite a bit of confusion.

Then organize it so that the plates come out of the dishwasher freshly washed; then they are warm too. For me, the most unnecessary invention in a private kitchen.
