No, I would arrange handles vertically on cabinet doors. You apparently have a kitchen planning program, so take a look there to see what YOU like better. But as already said, definitely use drawers for lower cabinets if they are 60 deep. I wouldn't use knobs either. I wouldn't like the mix and I also find handles more practical.

I also think that handles are much more practical. With them, you can, in an emergency, open a cabinet with just your little finger, which is considerably more difficult with knobs.

For me, the handles make the kitchen look old-fashioned rather than modern. We already had such ones 15 years ago in the Ikea kitchen. Especially in that quantity, it stands out. For a country house style, I would rather opt for recessed handles, even if they are a bit less practical because you can't tuck a towel into the handle.

a clear handle lover surplus. I would probably also choose handles, but I also want to clearly say that people who do NOT conform to the current taste have my special respect. "Modern" is, in my feeling, not a sign of quality. One just sticks to what everyone does. That's simple. Modern kitchens all look very similarly cool (like the bathrooms). I often am bothered by sharp edges and corners ... and therefore avoid them.

This is not fashion, but ergonomics. 80, 100 or 120cm drawers can be quite heavy when loaded (max 80kg?), so the handle should be stable and easy to use, and allow the drawer to be pulled out straight.

I would give a lot, a lot more thought to the layout of the kitchen. Very little space between the sink and the cooktop, the drainer on the wrong side, the trash probably under the sink, the dishwasher between the cooktop and the sink? There's not much ergonomics going on there...
