Is Compo Unkraut frei mixed with fertilizer? There are those combo products. The weeds enjoyed the water and sun. It would be interesting to know what was planted in the soil before. It almost looks like kohlrabi is growing.

We are moving forward as well. Our raised bed on the terrace (will be a travertine in 60cm×60cm) is now finished. The upper bed measures 8.0 × 1.5 meters and the lower one 8.0 × 1.0 meters. So without stones. Pure planting area.
Now it's time for planting. Do you have tips/recommendations for full sun to partial shade? Preferably bee- and insect-friendly and perennial. We already have a large lavender bed at the front. Maybe you have some more creative insider tips. The wall should still be clearly visible. Ground spotlights will be installed on the iron pins for lighting.

But maybe in a way that its regularity fades a bit into the background. For my taste, the bed joints every 25 cm are all too straight.
