Sonnenbrand has quite a bit here as well.

If it doesn't rain tomorrow, the apple tree will probably be watered for the first time in over 60 years. I think it's suffering more than last year. Some bushes look like it's October.

Today I saw a garden where ropes were stretched and umbrellas hung in between as sun protection.

Mowed the first part of our meadow today, which by the way was still green and blooming, without irrigation. And in the process, I found two of these here...

Lawn that is sufficiently fertilized and watered does not burn in the sun. Of course, it may happen that some lawn grows on too sandy soil and watering once a day is then not enough.

Our lawn is burning. Sandy soil, no matter how much you water. But it comes back when it rains.

On the board, the concrete simply absorbs the remaining water... this little problem can only be compensated with a lot of water during a prolonged drought
