A nice rye bread, a proper farmer's bread. Maybe also a crispy white bread, but with sourdough fermentation. We'll see.
I have already bought some nice flour. Unfortunately, the mill in our district town where you used to get various types of flour no longer exists. But through the internet I actually found a mill nearby that still sells flour directly. Now I have 2.5 kg each of rye type 1150, wheat 550 and 1050, and light emmer flour. I'm curious about the emmer flour!
