Well, they're loosening everything way too quickly and all at once now. Vaccinated people are behaving inconsiderately and testing is becoming a national sport.
I just heard that Emden has to close again in the trial model because the infection rate has risen rapidly...
Edit: not a model – I mixed it up

I don't feel like they do any good. I've now placed these drinking stations from Neudorff in my organic soil... worked well last year.

Here it is not the vaccinated, but the conspiracy theorists.

I can partly understand the decisions, partly they are nonsense.

Now I have to join the Poa Annua discussion as well. We also laid sod last year. It looked fantastic. Unfortunately, it suffered greatly over the winter due to my lack of knowledge at the time and therefore lack of fertilization. Meanwhile, after sanding, aerating, fertilizing, and overseeding, it is quite decent again. However, I fear that I have also introduced the Annua.

Is this Annua or possibly Pratensis, which is definitely also present in my sod?

I find marigolds beautiful - I have started two boxes of them, which will be planted as intercropping in the vegetable beds. Nasturtiums too - they look great and taste good.

My husband bought himself an excavator and a new favorite hobby. In my mother-in-law’s lawn next door, we are laying irrigation lines for pop-up sprinklers. But it looks awful at first...

Excavator driving  I LOVE that! I got to try it when digging the foundation pit. That was great! The only construction site we might still tackle this year is our garden shed. But due to the availability of wood, we have put that on hold. Before we start and have a stupid unfinished construction site in front of us for an indefinite time. Better to enjoy the new gravel bikes and afterwards have umbrella drinks or something on the terrace and look at flowers :)
