: finds beautiful but since we already have massive tick problems this season here (meadow and adjoining forest), I wanted to ask you how it looks with you? Katz brings in up to 80! larvae during one free roam o_O Children and neighbors are already affected too. Unfortunately, that spoils my somewhat wilder garden at the moment...

Crazy, after I had Lyme disease 3 years ago, my wife has an extreme aversion to ticks. Behind the house, due to the construction site, we also have wild meadow, behind that forest. Then we'll be even more careful. Yesterday while running I applied AntiBrum as a precaution.

 That must be that notorious nesting behavior. Apparently it does something to you. Have fun raising them!

Ticks, yes, there was something.
Check every evening.

I got all my ticks in proper green areas of parks.

We have enormous problems with ticks that our cats bring home ever since we moved to the countryside (lots of fields and meadows around). What reliably helps here are these spot-on treatments. Frontline is outrageously expensive, but there are third-party products with the same active ingredient that are affordable. That works excellently for the recommended 2 weeks, then it gradually fades. When we start picking them off again, they get a new dose. With two cats, unfortunately, that stuff really adds up in cost, even from the third-party manufacturer.
