It will get a bit higher. It will be about 95 cm high. Then it goes past the lamppost and up towards the house entrance. The old gate posts will remain. If it works out, I will get a cow trough carved in sandstone for planting and a sandstone post for the climbing rose. The old cellar arch will also be bricked in. Then it will be filled up. It will be relatively even up to the splash guard strip. Everything just has to be caught and filled up. There is a 13 m difference in height. The steep slope remains. Terracing it would cost six figures.
Even though the house isn't even built yet, one can already start thinking about the garden or terrace. Does anyone here possibly have experience with a vertical garden? I imagine it would be quite nice as a privacy screen on the side of the terrace.
