you always make us all so jealous and I can't imagine anyone who wouldn't want exactly your garden (with you as the gardener of course ;))
In this case, some tomato plants had spread by themselves next to the compost. I had cut them off because they were in the way by then, and "saved" the green tomatoes. Otherwise, I just leave green ones on. However, frost must not come, then they are ruined. I also tried ripening them afterwards once.. but I found that the taste really declined.Are you already picking the green tomatoes because they won't ripen anyway or are there other reasons?
