Then there are two possibilities: The sensors of the heat pump are malfunctioning, or you are losing a significant amount of heat on the way from the heat pump to the [HKV].
Is the heat pump located in a heated room and are all the pipes to the distributors insulated?
The heat pump is located in the unheated technical basement, but all the pipes to the HKV are insulated. What is not insulated are the copper pipes in the heat pump, which I will insulate as well as possible. The supply line loses nothing and the return line is supposed to lose between 2 and 8 degrees? How is that supposed to work? And then with this temperature difference.
These fluctuations in the return temperature curve are not normal. The difference in return temperature between the sensor and IR measurement also requires clarification. Is it similar during the heating cycle? If yes, I would check the sensor.
