The house is very well insulated, airtight, and dry. Everything has been checked according to KFW55 standards. Therefore, there should actually be nothing wrong with the building envelope. Ventilation behavior is normal to very little, due to controlled residential ventilation. However, the house stands exposed and it is very windy, etc. But does that make that much of a difference? No idea. Do you have any idea?

I believe your house is built on a hot lava field. It can’t be any other way :D.
