150mm diameter, probe itself 32mm. It is made of PE100-RC. According to the standard, the material lasts over 100 years at 20°C. As I said, it should definitely outlive me :) The space around the probe is grouted with cement suspension. But this is not supposed to become the brine water heat pump thread, that one already exists :)

That's pretty intense, for us actually ideal soil, no stones. I got 3 quotes back then, all were around 15,000 euros just for the drilling. The brine would have only paid off after 50 years, so it would have been nonsense despite subsidies...

But you always have to inform yourself because many things can't be transferred to your own location or situation.

This shows again that a heat pump has no chance against gas. Economically, gas is unbeatable, it's just unfortunately not available everywhere. Much lower investment, lower consumption costs. If you also include repairs for the heat pumps, then you don't even need to talk about economic viability anymore :)

Did you exclude the heating here or what is missing? You once posted 55 kWh for 48 hours here. This would actually contradict a total house consumption including hot water + heating clearly for the stated period of 5 months + 1 week. Do you have a separate meter for the air-water heat pump? We have a total house consumption of 3,318 kWh from 01.10. until today. Of which 2,184 kWh are grid purchase.

I think he does have gas after all, right? I don’t understand his post either.
