In the Advent season, 10 candles also bring 200-400W, you can save a lot of electricity, and the mood rises

10 kWh heating would be very little with the current temperatures. We are currently at about 20 daily.

10 kWh including hot water would be very, very little.

In December, we average 16.31 kWh per day.

So, once again a consumption update:

The December forecast currently stands at 700 kWh. Unfortunately, the temperatures have dropped significantly; we now have consistent daytime temperatures between -2 and -5 degrees and a few degrees lower at night. My wife bathes like a queen and the children shower every day at the expense of my electricity optimization, so we are currently heating water about 3 times a day :D. That really consumes a lot at these temperatures.

Nevertheless, despite a significantly colder December compared to the previous year (2019 average temperature about 2.8 degrees, this year 2 degrees), there is a saving of over 10%. However, I had hoped it would be a bit more since consumption in the summer months was about 40% below the previous year.

How often does the hot water storage tank fill up at your place?

I am not sure what you mean, but as stated, the storage tank is filled 3 times a day, as the temperature drops from 48 degrees to below 42 degrees. The buffer storage tank is 200l in size.
