Room temperature is around 22 degrees.

Yes, roughly within the scope of the heating load, although it is naturally difficult to determine precisely because of defrosting and outdoor temperature fluctuations.

But in general, I would be interested to know if your solid construction actually consumed more heat in the first winter than in the years after.

I've heard about it, if anyone can say something about it, I would be interested too.

January according to internal meter 2606kWh heat quantity for heating and hot water.
Electricity according to internal meter 542kWh (only one household meter, no separate one for heat pump, maybe I will add one).
Total electricity for the house in January 920kWh.

Single-family house moved in November. 140sqm living area. + 78sqm basement in thermal envelope. About half of it heated to approx. 18 degrees. Energy saving ordinance house with insulation values just around KFW55.
No idea what to compare this with or how to evaluate it.
At least not a total disaster, I think...

Mid-December occupied BWT, 150 m2, Energy Saving Ordinance with slightly improved insulation, between 18 and 23 degrees in the house. November 1579 kWh December 1666 kWh January 1671 kWh Not suitable for direct comparison either as outside temperatures are certainly different. At least it gives a sense of what is possible.

That was somewhat awkwardly phrased.

The basement has a "hobby room," workshop, hallway, storage, and utility room. The hallway/hobby and utility room are about 18 degrees and correspond to about half. They have 18 degrees and are heated at that level. The rest I do not have open, but estimated (not measured) 16 degrees. Probably a naive calculation because the rest heats the entire basement as well. Would you then also supply the other rooms with a minimum flow? I am still undecided on how to "handle" the basement.

@face: please specify the federal state of the house location, as consumption can easily vary by up to 50% from north to south due to the different AT (west/east certainly also plays a role).
