Does that matter? 55-60% are perfectly fine for the bathroom without controlled residential ventilation. It doesn't have to be 45%. As a "recommendation," you find something around 50-60% everywhere. Only we with controlled residential ventilation have crazy 35-45% and even less.

This is how it sounds to me at first. Just ventilate diligently and that's it. If it has 60% in winter, just open the window again.

That was just a question, but over the period I also don't think that anything is defective/leaking in the bathroom.

Especially when there is no controlled residential ventilation, it is completely normal, where do these considerations even come from? At your parents' place, something is just not airtight – whether it’s the windows, doors, or wastewater/exhaust pipes – it could be a lot of things.
