and what flow rate does the efficiency pump show you?

I just looked at probably 10 different .dtas of your heat pump model, no one has such a high spread, your supply temperature is sometimes almost 40°...

It cannot display that. Yes, I know, I have noticed that too.

How often does she start it per day?
If she has been heating for 7 hours straight, it can't be that often.

The last heating cycle on the right is "normal"

- no spread in standby
- The return flow and supply flow curves come completely back together again after the end of the heating operation.

Everything else to the left is atypical and unnecessarily prolongs the heating operation, shortens the pauses in between, and makes the operation "expensive"

Basically, the blue and red curves must completely overlap except during heating operation and hot water.

At the marked point, was the heating rod active? Unfortunately, I cannot tell exactly from the graphic. Did the master in the Rosa forum of the AI/Novelan heat pumps not suspect a defective return flow sensor?

Yes, ultimately the heating element activated there at over 40 degrees supply temperature with a spread of over 15K. Yes, he did, but somehow my calls for help are being ignored there.
