But that must be due to the building envelope, meaning the building itself and not the technology/heat pump/underfloor heating, etc....

I am trying to find that out. However, the shell is technically top and free of defects.

Have you ever walked around with an IR camera, so that you know?

Yes, there is a thermal bridge report (everything okay), a BDT (very good) and an acceptance. Nothing is missing, I'm sure. Also measured again with an IR thermometer. Humidity is fine too, rather too dry. So I don't even find the slightest clue there.

Well, maybe I'll be wiser in the next few days, it is very exciting. The temperature is currently dropping by 1 degree every hour and tomorrow morning it is supposed to be -16 degrees. I'm sure the heat pump will fail with a fault and the consumption tomorrow morning will shock me :D

And what are you comparing it to that you find it bad? You can't compare your 250sqm with others who have 150sqm. One has a compact cube insulated just short of passive house level, the other has projections, balconies, and bay windows. 2.75 ceiling height and proper insulation but not exaggerated.

Unless someone leaves all the windows tilted open, of course that would also be an explanation
;)

Do you have a controlled ventilation system? Maybe it exchanges too much air? I have mine turned down intentionally below < 0C.
