Do you like these little creatures so much, or why do you create ideal conditions for them by regularly stirring the water and at the same time avoiding high temperatures that would kill them?

Circulation offers comfort! Legionella protection at such low temperatures definitely not, rather quite the contrary!

Without discussing the meaningfulness of the ALF now - is there no way to increase the interval here to one or two weeks? I only know of weekly as the shortest interval from my heaters, so the daily setting surprises me...

It depends on how the layering is in your storage and where the temperature sensor is located, that's sufficient. The heat pump really has to struggle at 56 degrees, doesn't it? I currently have 41 +/- 4

I think that is correct, just as Alessandro says: If the circulation is off, you have a long pipe of standing water. And even more important than high temperature is high flow rate.

I have a point called "Legionella protection" in the hot water circulation. No idea what it does...
