Monolithic accepted as KFW55. No idea, basement insulated, also under the slab. We ventilate normally, often open windows, but I don't think unusually often. I don't think there are any thermal bridges.
But honestly, who doesn't heat when it's consistently 7 to 12 degrees Celsius outside? How else are you supposed to have a warm house? It has to come from somewhere.
It's logical. Without heating or corresponding temperatures, the warmth can only come from the sun/windows or the oven.
We only have 22 degrees (or more) during the day when the sun shines. Otherwise, it's always around 20-21 degrees (currently 20.5 on the ground floor), but this warmth also only comes from solar gain and has to hold through the night. The blinds are always up, and the terrace door/windows are closed or immediately closed when opened.
What do you think how passive houses work? Surely, no one has 23-24 degrees in the bathroom and 22.5 degrees in the other rooms in the evening without the sun shining during the day.
You can't want it disproportionately warm and then complain about the heating. Those who have the heating off now will not have your temperature in the house.
Otherwise, here are the forecasts. It will get better. For a June, from my point of view, unacceptable, but we have simply been spoiled by the last 5 years.
It's only a trend for the south, but unfortunately, it was much too precise this year.
