I have similar values for screed heating today (30/24). But there is still no insulation on the house and basement ceiling and some single-pane windows are installed or the roller shutter box is open. Also just over 20 degrees inside the house. Something is wrong with your house that the heat just dissipates. Outside temperature here is currently 11 degrees.

Yep, the energy is massively going somewhere. Behavior of the residents? Monolithic construction with thermal bridges?

Monolithic certified as KFW55. No idea, basement insulated, also under the floor slab. We ventilate normally, often open the windows, but I don't think unusually often. I don't think there are any thermal bridges.

But honestly, who wouldn't heat with constant outside temperatures of 7 to 12 degrees? How else should you have a warm house? It has to come from somewhere.

If there is still no insulation, that does not help me.

It's logical. Without heating or corresponding temperatures, the warmth can only come from the sun/windows or the oven.

We only have 22 degrees (or more) during the day when the sun shines. Otherwise, it's always around 20-21 degrees (currently 20.5 on the ground floor), but this warmth also only comes from solar gain and has to hold through the night. The blinds are always up, and the terrace door/windows are closed or immediately closed when opened.

What do you think how passive houses work? Surely, no one has 23-24 degrees in the bathroom and 22.5 degrees in the other rooms in the evening without the sun shining during the day.

You can't want it disproportionately warm and then complain about the heating. Those who have the heating off now will not have your temperature in the house.

Otherwise, here are the forecasts. It will get better. For a June, from my point of view, unacceptable, but we have simply been spoiled by the last 5 years.
It's only a trend for the south, but unfortunately, it was much too precise this year.

Do you have a ventilation system? If no explanation is found by next winter, it might be interesting to take a look with a thermal imaging camera (maybe borrow one somewhere?).
