Air-water heat pump current consumption and data

The heater turned on again last night, and looking at the temperatures for the coming days, the heater will probably go on every night. I have to call the electricity provider now and increase the installment, otherwise the back payment this year will be too severe.

Absolutely crazy weather this year, so much for climate change....

Do you have a lot of wind there? Even with so much cloud cover, the temperature stayed stable here.

The house stands quite freely on a hill, with few buildings. So yes, a lot of wind. And the problem is you don’t notice it for 1-2 days, but it is constantly damn cold. The weather is annoying anyway :).

That is certainly the case. It's like that with everything. You're just being screwed everywhere.

That's really crazy at the moment. The heating runs daily and it's the end of May.

What temperatures do you have? I am currently running a supply temperature of 29.5 degrees and the return target is 25.4 degrees. The outside temperature is 8 degrees. That gets us around 22.5 degrees inside the house.

I somehow feel the supply temperature is too high. I would have expected more like 27 to 28 degrees.

So the spread of 4K is already a good thing! That transfers a lot of heat energy to the room.

Apart from the fact that you apparently live on the Zugspitze, I’m slowly getting the feeling that you might have a significant issue with thermal bridges. The energy has to be going somewhere. Strange. Or are the windows constantly tilted open or things like that?

Our heating has long been off, as was already discussed earlier. And when I was entering the consumption values monthly, I noticed: in 2020 it actually turned off noticeably earlier, or in March/April it was still on, but the consumption was minimal. April 2021 needed three times more heating energy than April 2020. That’s probably what you call weather :)
