Doesn't the heat pump regulate the spread independently?

It does.

I'm not a pro, I haven't understood your setup yet. How big is the buffer? Is it a pure heating buffer? So hot water separate? To what temperature do you heat the buffer?

It is purely for heating water and has 100L.

yes, I understand that. But if the temperature difference in the underfloor heating is smaller than that of the heat pump and the flow of the secondary pump is fixed and that of the heat pump modulating, the flow of the heat pump will always be lower than that through the underfloor heating. Ideally, it should be the other way around: flow of the heat pump slightly higher (100-200l/min) than that in the floor. If the secondary pump runs at level 1 with constant pressure, I have heat pump flow temperature = underfloor heating flow temperature without losses and an exact temperature difference of 5K in the underfloor heating! But then it only has 900l/min, 1.8m and about 12W [IMG width="688px" alt="BLW NEO8 Hydraulik - Kopie.jpg"]https://www.hausbau-forum.de/attachments/blw-neo8-hydraulik-kopie-jpg.57179/[/IMG] Could it be that an average temperature eventually settles in the buffer when all the water is completely mixed?

From your drawing, you can clearly see the reason why a buffer is absolute nonsense in underfloor heating. First heat the buffer nicely and then supply lower temperatures to the underfloor heating. Any normal person would go directly into the underfloor heating at 33 degrees (with more flow than your 900 liters/min).

ok, so a "safety buffer". Given the small size, I can't imagine much accumulating there when flow is almost "continuous".
