I am currently running supply temperature at 29.5 degrees and return setpoint is 25.4 degrees. Outside temperature is 8 degrees. With that, we achieve around 22.5 degrees inside the house.
If your insulation is good and your underfloor heating is reasonably properly designed, then with a proper hydraulic balancing you can lower the return setpoint by one degree at the same indoor temperature. So get started on the thermal balancing in November!
Direct comparison for me: Same bricks as you, 200m2 without a basement, barely reached kfw55, at 9 degrees outside temperature the return setpoint is 24.3 degrees and with that the house is almost too warm. So never below 22.5 degrees, some rooms above 23 degrees.
Currently, I have lowered the heating curve by another degree because it was too warm inside the house.
