In the last few days, the AT has been consistently around 4-6°C in the 24-hour average, the heat pump consumption is at 7.2 KW, of which water is heated in the morning and evening.

The post is a typical example of why one should clearly distinguish between the units kW and kWh. 7.2 kW average power consumption at the outside temperature would be dreamlike for a 70s uninsulated building with many square meters :-)

was was also briefly stunned :p Used about 14kWh within 24h incl. hot water at ~7°C outdoor temperature New building, 200sqm heated area, buffer storage, buffer temperature about 5k above the heating curve, ERR active, 5 cycles/24h ;)

Now that my heat pump is also running, I'll share my values.
120sqm old building from the mid-60s - (still) no ETICS, but upper floor + basement ceiling insulated. 75% new windows.
Current consumption at about 22 degrees indoor temperature +/- 8 kWh including hot water with nights at 3-4 degrees and days at 7-9 degrees.
==> Flow temperature at 3 degrees outside temperature max. 29 degrees
==> Heat pump practically runs continuously from evening until morning
==> Geisha 5kW monoblock with very closely laid underfloor heating

By now, all rooms are almost as desired at these outside temperatures between 4-7°C. WEK downstairs is still a bit too warm. But that doesn't matter much since our loft door to the hallway/staircase is still missing. Soon I can start setting the actuators to off. Then there will be no more risks due to the bypass valve.

The heat pump ran wonderfully the day before yesterday.

Today it was a bit warmer and it is now running one cycle per hour again.

This will still be a long journey. :)
