Air-water heat pump current consumption and data

First of all, thank you for the feedback. I am definitely willing to take the topic seriously. In the first approach, I didn’t want to open my own topic before I fully understand the system myself --> amateur. I will now first contact the heating engineer regarding the black tubes. I have also ordered several thermometers to determine the temperature in the rooms. After that, I will gather all the data for our specific case and open my own topic. But just quickly added: I have been recording the values for 28 days now: Ø heat generation: 90.7 kWh, Ø power consumption: 22.52 kWh, Ø compressor starts: 6/day.

It is normal for the tubes to darken. But not that black and not in such a short time. I would definitely complain about that as well. Flush the system again and fill it with [VE Wasser].

What kind of electricity consumption do you have today or since yesterday with the low temperatures? Do you have the heating element in the heat pump running or does yours manage without the heating element?

With us, the heating element has never been active, our heat pump is supposed to operate without it down to -22. I believe -16 or -17 degrees was the maximum so far.

Electricity consumption today ~20 kWh.

According to the Photovoltaik App from SMA, I currently have about 28 kWh, only one meter and partly double-digit negative degrees. Also without heating rod.
