ok, understood.

But I think this is more a case for the factory service. As a first step, I would open a fault report and provide them with the .dat.

Which software version do you have installed?

The Heizi won't be able to fix it. I also think he should activate the factory service. Due to Corona, this often works by phone as well. You know your system, so it should also work via mobile phone.

I just quickly googled a bit more. It is always the lack of flow that is mentioned when the spread rises. Where do we currently stand on that?

In one screenshot at 1380l/h and in the other at 1580l/h. So that's not the reason either. I tried many things last month to reduce the delta T. Nothing helped. It's not only the delta T but also the fluctuation in the return temperature. Because of this, I had a total house consumption of 43.5kWh yesterday. You know what temperatures we had yesterday. It was 3-7 degrees outside. I even tried to ignore the delta T of 8-9K because I thought screw it. But it simply costs me real money when the heat pump kicks in again after 45 minutes and before that it ran for 7 hours or the ground is noticeably "hot".

Have you roughly calculated the flow with the taco setters to see if that can be correct? With or without the basement?

These are all values set and read off by myself on the Tacosetter.

- 1380 without basement
- 1560 with basement

Thanks for googling :-)
