It’s similar for us. Outside just below 0, windy, no sun, inside 22. Heat pump runs around the clock at about 3-4 kW. KfW55, 165 sqm.
The sun makes a big difference, which is currently missing. 20-25 kW electricity goes through on such days including hot water.

I think similarly with us. 140sqm + basement. Not KFW standard but I think comparable to KfW55. + basement that is kept at about 18 degrees. However, first winter move-in was at the end of November so I am cautious about comparing the values. According to internal meter about 20-25kWh electricity consumption/day including hot water. That at temperatures between 0 and sometimes -8 at night. No separate meter, might install one for monitoring. Values from the internal meter could already be accurate because total consumption is about 33kWh/day for the house with some technical gadgets and controlled residential ventilation with 4 people. I believe 10kWh/day can already be consumed in the house, right?

Haha. I have heat lamps in the basement with bushy plants that smell kind of weird.

Nah, just kidding, I'm currently running the unit at 25/20.5/0 and 2K hysteresis. The house is Kfw55 with a basement, just like yours. But as I said, you shouldn't fool yourself, the heat pump can run in the other direction at any time. See posts from the weekend.

The outside temperature yesterday at 11:30 a.m. was 1.4 degrees according to Netatmo.

The bad days/nights are still to come. I heard yesterday and today that a special winter weather pattern is currently over the polar region, which will bring us one of the coldest winters in years until at least mid-March.

So with thunderstorm weather, it always stays at least around zero to high single digits positive in the 30-day forecast. They just have to build my house in two weeks then.
