Air-water heat pump current consumption and data

It is a KFW40+ solid construction. What can I say. I read up on it myself and tried a lot. At the beginning, there was a lead time of 31 degrees. That drew a lot of electricity. Now I also reach the desired temperature, except for the two rooms. But I will try the previous tip there. The heated area is about 360sqm and 21 degrees is set in all rooms. But to be fair about electricity consumption, no hot water was used! Unfortunately, I don't know how to create a file. I now have photos:

I am positively surprised. How is the construction of the outer shell? Kfw 40+ with basement is not monolithic, right?

how long has it been running now with this low flow temperature? What temperature do the two cold rooms have?

A question for the experts, I measured the floor the other day, it is 25°, room temperature 22°, flow temperature set to 30°, are these values good from your perspective, or should the flow temperature be set a bit lower? Temperature is fine in all rooms. Flow rate is at max in all rooms, only in the living room it is at 1/3 per heating circuit, there are 3 heating circuits here. How long is the runtime per cycle, how many heating cycles?
Why is the living room throttled as the main living area?
There is too much information missing to be able to assess this.

So the 4K hysteresis is really not ideal in terms of efficiency. Household consumption 15.4kWh, roughly 10kWh of that for heating and hot water.

I've read this quite often, but I don't understand the statement. I can only get or lose one thing or the other. I can't lose anything because I can't get it through self-consumption and vice versa. Everything I can feed in, I cannot consume myself, so I also don't lose any "free kWhs".

There are no free kWh. Have you ever calculated what 1 kWh from your storage costs you? Your Renewable Energy Act remuneration is already secured for every kWh produced; no one can take that away from you.

Regarding the 4K hysteresis, with us it would either be freezing cold or completely overheated. With anything over 2K, comfort would already suffer significantly in a new building.

I would choose a mix of frugality, sensible system operation, and comfort here. Comfort is our top priority.
