There are data sheets available online. But you can also clearly see that your heating technician was just "too lazy" to install/buy the sight glasses.
I correct myself, apparently it can indeed be purchased like that. However, I would be very surprised if on your HCD a blind plug wouldn’t just have to be unscrewed to retrofit the sight glasses.
