18000kWh for a somewhat modern building is quite a statement. In a 70s building, we had 22000kWh on 210sqm including heated conservatory (new gas boiler, radiators)

We already had this topic, Bookstar's house and location are a mystery. Always cold outside, no solar yield, and the house swallows heat like a black hole.

Well, that shows what insulation mania brings, namely nothing. Others are not much below that either. But that's just how it is :)

Well, we are at 11500 kwh heat, AZ 4.3. heated area is 218m2.

Okay, I'm about a third over. Where it comes from? I have no idea. Everything is standardized, stone and insulation materials. It can only be due to the location and temperatures, etc.....
