The pump after-run time is set to 5 minutes.

Measured at the sleeve where the return and flow sensors are located.

In my opinion, this should not happen in standby, that's how I understood it. Or not that high. And this is currently low. I have had 8K between flow and return in standby before.

Return flow and supply flow in the upper floor HKV 24.6 degrees without deviation. At the heat pump, the return flow is currently 22.5 degrees and the supply flow 24.2 degrees

And at the lower HKV?

Here, take a look, the handwritten notes are the measured return temperatures at the HKV on the ground floor from January 9th at 11 a.m., where the temperature spread really escalated. At the HKV, the return temperatures are somewhere around 28-31 degrees. The sensor of the heat pump shows something around 25 degrees.
