I'll put it this way: I sympathize with you, but my sympathy is limited.
Given this irresponsible action on your part, you should be glad that you are not completely put on bread and water until the bathroom reaches 24° again and the rest of the house is comfortable temperature-wise again. The latter generated by friction energy when you move through the house only on your knees before the government! ;)

I am a bit speechless when I read that 20.9 degrees is the end of the world. But well, each to their own  and what they have chosen :p

For us, the end of the world is already under 23° :p
Had the lawyer check, it was actually in the fine print at the marriage ceremony :)

We have between 23-24°C in the bathroom, and about 22-23°C in all other rooms. The compressor outside has been running continuously for 3 days without shutting off once. The outside temperature is on average 6°C over 24 hours.

Yesterday I checked our values. From mid-October to mid-March, we now have a consumption of ~2200 kWh of electricity, with which ~9400 kWh of heat (heating + hot water) was produced, the COP is about ~4.25. If I now include the transition periods as well as hot water in summer, we end up with an annual consumption of about 2800-2900 kWh. Of that, roughly 12-15% is produced by the photovoltaic system.

I am very satisfied; the winter was significantly colder compared to previous years.

Your heat pump seems to fit you really well. Mine doesn’t come down that far. For us, it’s usually on for 10-12 hours and off for 10-12 hours. Hysteresis is only 1°.

In that period, we have 3300 kWh of electricity.

@above me: 23 to 24 degrees is uncomfortable for me; I don't even want that in the house in summer. We find 22 degrees ideal.
