The heating system was put into operation on 01.07.2020 because we wanted to move in, unfortunately the brine pipe was still not inside the house, so we had to produce hot water via the heating element for 2 weeks. Then the brine was connected and the checkmark for electric on the heat generator was removed, so I think the heating system runs without it.... after the brine pipe was connected, the heat pump ran for about 3 to 4 weeks without ice and malfunctions. Then our central ventilation system was put into operation, which is also controlled by the heat pump. From here the problems started, that was around August sometime. 2 days after the technician left, we had no hot water anymore because the system reported a malfunction. So someone came again, looked at everything, changed a few settings, then everything worked again for a few days... Then the same error occurred again, so someone came to check again but that didn’t help either. 2 weeks ago, the entire brine pipe was flushed again, since then the heat pump has been running without malfunctions. The ice now forms only at night when the nights are cold and apparently the system has more to do. No, we do not have a shaft, the supply and return flow come directly into the house, the valves are all open as well. In our case, the probes are arranged like a ring circuit I believe. So all 3 boreholes were basically connected with each other, as I have drawn.
