Yes - yes and no. Here, there is already the possibility to allocate investment costs to operating costs - if I were a BT or GÜ, I would be pretty foolish not to do that. Whether 50 € or 80 € per month may not sound like much at first, but over 20 years (that's how long the calculated heating system lasts), it amounts to 8,775 € (or 7,200 € without 1% inflation). No one goes bankrupt because of it - that's clear - but to completely ignore it, I find it too much.

No gas condensing boiler "lives" that long; the resulting condensate contradicts this lifespan. Rhenish greetings

If everyone thought that way, all the savings measures like AAAAAA++++++++++ appliances and heating curve optimizations etc. would be completely uninteresting... why bother, you only save 5-10 euros a year and so on.

But in the end, it all adds up...

P.S. just by eliminating the actuators on my heating system, I save about 180 kWh of electricity per heating season... which is equivalent to about 50€... doesn't sound like much... but I prefer to buy something for my child with that money rather than just waste it...

So there is indeed saving potential even in new buildings... especially with heating...

Alright then, 15 years ;-)

: We also decided against actuator drives - what are your experiences with them, do you miss the room thermostats?

As much as a ball and chain... without it, the house is warm at all times and even more economical... so why should anyone spend extra money on it...

Quick question regarding the actuators? How did you solve that in the children's rooms?
