Does Schwörerhaus not have this heating concept?

In short, regards

It is an Elk house. And I believe that in terms of insulation it is not bad, but also not extraordinary. We would get it at a very good price according to some uninvolved opinions. But everyone would still advise against it here, do I see that correctly?

No, not advise against it. You just have to calculate it for yourself. The house is not old, so it is certainly already modernly insulated. Ask like this. I know that this heating concept can lead to very high electricity bills. Please give me two or three electricity bills. I would like to calculate it through once... The background would be, you buy it, you say, quite cheaply, the house otherwise fits. If the electricity demand then stays within limits, there is no gas, which is the only external energy you buy, the house would not be off the table for me. Compare that to a gas boiler typical for 2002 with 150 euros of gas per month plus around 3000 kWh electricity for other things, that would approximately be a proper conventional 2002 house. So about 250 euros per month. Karsten

Yes, I'll ask him about it. Me, and especially my wife, are also put off by the more or less unheated bathroom. There's only a small electric heater on the wall. Elsewhere in the house it's laminate flooring, but in the bathroom it's tiles. Isn't that very cold?

The house is otherwise really very nice, high-quality materials, modern, and in a prime location. 15 years old, but recently spruced up again with new flooring and new doors, etc.

You just commit yourself to this concept for all time, because there are no pipes installed anywhere for a heating system with water.

Exactly. But if the price and everything else is right... like I said, think about it. There is always something when you buy used. Karsten
