GU2 just sits it out for now. Does something at the last minute, waits again, etc. He probably doesn’t have the good will from a few weeks ago anymore.
A bitter story and I wish you that it still has a good ending.
But already with Keller, 200sqm living space for 500k€ was not likely but certain how it would end.
That you now had double the bad luck, that the [Bausparvertrag] also had no idea during the contract review, does not make it easier.
Honestly, make sure you get rid of the GU and afterwards hire companies that don’t charge 3.5DM/hour, but someone who asks a market-typical price. You get what you pay for, contract or not. Good luck!

He apparently no longer has his goodwill from a few weeks ago.
He does show his goodwill. But what good is goodwill if you simply can't manage it? And he just doesn't get that. He orders tiles that nobody needs at the moment and keeps wasting more and more money. Since I no longer pay, it's on him now.
But already with the basement, 200 sqm of living space for 500k€ was not likely but certain how it would end.
Now you are definitely exaggerating. 400 sqm of living space + 170 sqm basement for 560,000 €. 490,000 € agreed with GU1, the rest for GU2 was 272,956.41 and this was then increased to 340,000 €. I corrected myself on the basement sqm to 170 sqm. The 200 sqm was the tile order.
Honestly, make sure you get rid of the general contractor and then hire companies that don’t charge 3.5DM/hour, but someone who asks for a market-typical price. You get what you pay for, contract or not. Good luck!
