Yes, I know myself that it is like that with the supplements, I meant more that your general contractors/ GÜs have already calculated with defective execution and thus crossed the line to (probably unfortunately not provable) fraud.

What is the usual price for the teacup poodle? I also know from my poodle that some breeders charge up to 4,000 EUR, we only paid about a good quarter of that (also breeders, with pedigree etc.). But judging by how his farts sometimes smell, I’m not convinced that there isn’t actually a corpse inside.

Well, if you conclude a contract significantly below market price, which of course is the good right of both contracting parties, I consequently increase the risk of non-fulfillment of the contract. A contract concluded at market price under usual conditions can and will of course occasionally fail, as one can often read that something somewhere does not fit, but I reduce the risk of a total disaster. This is the risk you take when you conclude a contract significantly below the usual conditions. Now you have to assess the risk in comparison to the saved capital. In the case of your ice cream machine, I would have taken the risk as well, but rather not when it comes to house construction. But everyone has their own risk appetite.

With GU1 I am sure that he calculated it that way. GU2 simply has no idea. Where should he, as a butcher? The puppies are traded between 2,000 and 5,000 €, depending on the color and whether they have the bear look. Mine are princesses and don’t fart, maybe just secretly :D .

A house is neither a Pomeranian nor an ice machine. The fact is, everything goes wrong with everyone involved. The only constant is you. For me, this is a clear picture, I am sure that we will still get to read some years of 'experiences', because this house will never come to a reasonable end.

As you think, I don’t want to dissuade you from your opinion. In any case, I am confident. I just met again with the boss of a local construction company, who will start with the defect rectification next week, to discuss the further procedure. But by all means, keep pushing your pessimism.
