I would like to point out: in civil law matters, the principle of ex officio investigation does not apply, but the principle of submission applies. This means that ONLY the evidence and motions that are correctly submitted are considered by the court. This is the reason why there is a requirement for legal representation starting from the Regional Court. Therefore, I generally advise everyone to also have a lawyer even before the local court.

We have also decided on the tiles "Brush" in May green. We just don't know yet how we will arrange them.

Painting grass green over white tiles with the paste brush is already strange in itself - but then leaving the corners white, that makes even less sense to me ...

The tiles are from the company STEULER and are called Brush. There are three variants, one of which has a gradient. By the way, we also chose them. We will use the green sparingly, but we like it.
