Yes, he did. I'll post a few recent photos: basement, kitchens, roof. The roof will be completely removed and covered above the no longer fresh underlay membrane with Steico wood fiber insulation boards. I was able to get these at short notice with a lot of luck, although the delivery time is currently 4 months. Additionally, there are new roof tiles.
