There is still a large group of readers here who are rooting for you and following the developments with interest. We are grateful if you keep us updated and will not tire of saying so. Instead of the mutual teasing or hair-splitting, I would much rather hear your opinion on the current situation; I have thought about it for a long time and am still undecided whether I would pay the 18k or not. How do you see it today? How does the lawyer justify the importance of this 7th expert report, which may possibly be followed by a court-ordered 8th? For me, as in your initial reaction, I do not see the added value, especially at this price. The lawyer should at least provide convincing statements to change your mind? A general "it is important for our chances of winning" would not be enough for me... is it enough for you?
