Construction progress: Duplex with WU basement and developed attic

I have already written this several times in the previous thread and I will do it again here: I am writing this as a report of my experience and because after the deletion some asked how things will proceed or wanted to know the whole story. If I want advice, I will ask. Otherwise, you are welcome to discuss, but please do not try to lecture me or convert me. That will not work. Whoever wants to read it can do so, whoever does not, should leave it.

Of course GU2 could have finished the house at the contractually agreed price if he hadn’t wasted several tens of thousands of euros. And you’ll probably have to wait a long time for GU3.

Thank you. I don’t know how the smart aleck comes to his version of events. But that is a distortion of facts and makes me extremely angry after all we had to go through with this general contractor and how close we really were to giving up.
