But he struggled with severe nightmares and similar issues for almost 3 years. We won the first trial at the district court, then the opposing party appealed and the higher regional court ruled in their favor with the reasoning that if the school taxi driver had called the emergency services or a doctor, the child would have been even more frightened, and at the same time imposed a non-admission complaint with the verdict. I wonder what these judges, in this case the verdict was signed by 3 female judges, are even thinking. I should also add that this said school taxi driver has been in prison for several years for the serious sexual harassment of an 11-year-old girl or is still there.
