I have certainly written it in this thread as well. And I have also written that I will get this house finished and I still hold this opinion. My lawyer already has a construction company ready to step in when the time comes and the general contractor does not meet their deadlines. They certainly won’t do it as a humanitarian aid project. Therefore, everything else is unnecessary chatter.

Yes, you wrote that. I answered the question myself by reading the first 10 pages. Apparently, there is no lessons learned. What master craftsman certificate does the managing director of the new construction company have? Not that you have to change the title here.

Hopefully cook, baker, or brewer. Then we have everything for the housewarming party.

Would be cool if you then invite everyone to a fundraising gala

And what is being donated for? I suggest for the starting capital so that I can then build entire residential parks with the team as a property developer.

Well then, watch out that the current general contractor doesn't set aside his assets to then calmly go into personal bankruptcy. The current lawyer seems to be acting somewhat more aggressively. There's also the question of who goes bankrupt first. In the construction industry, "suing the other party into bankruptcy" is apparently not uncommon, as my lecturer (a lawyer in administrative law, specifically construction law) said back then.
