Construction costs of a single-family house with a basement and double garage

Sorry, the wishlist is not feasible for 320000 including [Baunebenkosten] and [Außenanlagen]. Painting the basement, carport instead of garage, some own contributions, 160sqm * 2000 is already 320000. You can't fudge the numbers there.

I agree with my predecessors:
approx. 2000 to 2200 euros per sqm of living space (with standard equipment, electric shutters but otherwise nothing special)
+ basement
+ incidental construction costs
+ garage / carport
+ yard, terrace, garden, kitchen etc.

It depends.... no one here knows what type of flooring you would like. Also sanitary and electrical equipment.... what heating and ventilation concept? Prices vary greatly here. If I calculate the price per sqm of living space for our house and include our sanitary and electrical costs, then I am well above the aforementioned value of 2000-2200 per sqm. And I haven’t even included the flooring and painting work. (we built in Bavaria)

We went to a contractor. He prepared a rough plan for us which we took home. We worked on this plan over the weekend. Now he is getting the quotes for it. We want to carry out the painting and floor laying work ourselves. That will be just under €16,000.
