It also says so in the list of defects. Don’t always interpret something else into it, even if it’s difficult and you want to prove me wrong again! What should the screed layer have done? Pour 2 cm higher in the bathroom than in the other rooms? We commissioned 6.5 cm of screed and we got that in all other rooms, just not under the tub and in the showers, but that is not the screed layer’s fault, rather the one who installed the insulation underneath.
