Well..... then you have just presented it differently than I wrote AND meant it, but definitely not correctly. In the matter, I still understand your annoyance, but in my opinion, the sharpness or polarization that often occurs in your thread also has to do with your way of dealing with things, at least concerning me. Everyone, including you, has formative parts in such events, at least that is my position and my truth, and we probably think differently about that. I find your representation of this incorrect, and I do have the right to feel differently about it than you, don’t I? It is clear that YOU have "named" something incorrectly in connection with me. So there are at least two truths, yours and mine. Which one is the "right" one? Anyone who wants can read up on it. What I always find sad is that the matter gets lost in all this, because in the matter I am by no means your opponent, but rather a "fellow sufferer," and in the end we stand our ground against each other, although we largely agree on the matter. Isn’t that strange or at least unnecessary, I ask myself.....

What do you mean by "well"? I am of the opinion that you are not portraying things correctly here. Calling me a liar here and then complaining about my way of dealing with you is too much for me, and I do not find that "strange" at all. You stick to your "truth" if you can live better with it. I have more important things to do than to have this discussion with you.

Hello , I always like reading you and you are probably right about many things... but the OP has already decided months ago, after seemingly endless discussion and partial withdrawal, not to rehash everything here for the umpteenth time but simply to report the progress for me and other interested listeners... please respect that for the sake of all readers interested in the outcome of this tragedy... thanks :)

Hi Nemesis, it’s pointless, it always goes in the same direction. I am currently in a really shitty situation (even worse than usual) because the new lawyer says without this expert report we have no chance of success, since the previous lawyer failed to initiate a preservation of evidence procedure. That means either I fork out 18,000 € now or there’s a building stop. Both are crap.... Since I have to focus on all this and don’t also want personal and unjustified attacks like the ones from pagoni2020 here, I’m cutting things off here again. Maybe talk later.

Option 3: Different strategy / different lawyer? Is that still possible, or has the way been blocked?

Thank you for the hint which I only just received and accept! as I wrote, it was not my intention to annoy you and certainly not to question factual matters. Since I felt I was in a similarly difficult situation and am only now slowly seeing some light, it was my intention to share my opinion, apart from building law issues. I may empathize more than you think because we are currently dealing with another new construction mess. Unfortunately, it came across differently than intended, of course I did not want to annoy you or anything like that. Therefore, I am stepping out, since this is your thread. And believe me.......I wish you good success and as few health impacts as possible!
