So, : When do you think the house construction will continue? What result are the lawyers waiting for to give the green light to start the defect repair? What timeline have the lawyers predicted?

Hi Tassimat, thanks for your interest, but I stick to not continuing this here. I have to allocate my energy and nerves to the things that are really important to me and not to justifications towards others, whom I don't have to justify myself to at all. Besides, I have meanwhile realized that it is much more relaxing to share one's smart advice and opinions here with others than to present one's very personal story.

I have also often thought about criticizing, but at some point I respected your wish. Maybe in 1-2 years when everything has settled down you will report on it. Thank you.

I would guess Siepel ;). Or what is the female duck called? But apart from that, that's not entirely true. There was constant reference to my "negative learning curve," etc., and things were put out there, or rather into the forum, that I couldn't just leave unaddressed. Among other things, it was advised to get my grandchild a black baptismal gown since I wouldn't be around to witness the baptism anymore and similar things. Luckily, my grandchildren are not being baptized.
