I just came from my construction site, where I have had a lot of trouble for a long time and am defending myself in a way that I consider appropriate. However, I am still satisfied, partly because I see my own part in it. I neither let myself be cheated nor see everyone as a cheater, and I do not feel like a clueless lamb on the slaughterhouse bench just because I try to handle such situations differently. I think there is enough room for shimmering gray between the black and white described above (cheater, slaughterhouse bench...); there are always several paths, including yours. I don’t experience many so-called royal roads. Not everything that feels like cheating IS cheating. In divorces, both sides often think they are right or disadvantaged — but who is really right........ Recht and truth are vast fields..... You present it as if your way were the only right one and others are clueless sheep, accomplices to fraud, and other fools. I am currently experiencing a lot of annoying and also dubious things on our construction site but also pleasant things, so there is always some white and gray alongside the much black. Should I therefore be a lamb to the slaughter just because I don’t always attack everyone, then I live with that and not so badly. You really believe that people want to attack or even change you just because someone here tells you about their own, different way of dealing with similar problems.

But please no more suggestions like "just bring the craftsmen a cake"…

I would simply bring the craftsmen a delicious, homemade cake. Then they will be happy and work better and harder!

Are there statistics on how many houses are built annually in Germany and how many of them actually have problems? I BELIEVE that a very large part runs normally, without fraud etc. The internet and media mostly present the extreme cases, which are then of course perceived as frequent and common. Like in car forums. Usually, those who have problems hang around there. In perception, one or another problem then appears very common. In reality, however, maybe only in 3%.

3% are still several thousand people. Why shouldn't this be such a case here?

Let's drop this criticism. She only responded because of demand, and it's already going in the same direction as it has for dozens of pages before.

What rules out that it really just went sh..y here?

And what gives someone the right to cheat or scam others? If I buy a car and am sold a rust bucket for a lot of money just because I don’t know much about it, is that okay? I believe your approach is wrong. Just because someone has no expertise in the subject does not justify others exploiting that to cheat them.
