Finished for two years. I would, if I see them hanging multiple times on the construction fence/shell in every new development area and can view the completed work in finished form. Also "lucky" the first time – sorry, then I have no sympathy when you (apparently) take the first one you find and know nothing about him.

Have you read this and the previous thread completely? If yes, I don’t understand your statement. If no, you shouldn’t make such general statements :)

Ouch, so not read. Then better not talk like a smart aleck.

No, I didn’t read through 85 pages of life story with 4 site managers and so on.
Didn’t know that’s a basic requirement to write something here.
I stick to my opinion – I won’t build with "Mr Unknown."
And if I do, I shouldn’t be surprised to see the general contractor more in court than on the construction site.

There is some truth to it insofar as it is probably the biggest investment in life for most average consumers. But as much as went wrong with the OP, you really cannot expect that. Even if you intentionally choose the candidate with the worst reputation. You cannot plan for that much to go wrong. In this respect, the phrase "serves you right" only applies here if you also consider past lives and mysteriously have insight into the misdeeds of past (and future?!) incarnations.

One does not laugh at the suffering of others, stupidity, mistakes, or whatever one may call it!
